This is a place where users can communicate with administrators, or administrators with one another. You can report vandalism, problematic users, or anything else that needs an administrator's intervention. Do not report child pornography or other potentially illegal content here; e-mail legal-reportswikimedia.org instead. If reporting threatened harm to self or others also email emergencywikimedia.org.

Report users for clear cases of vandalism. Block requests for any other reason should be reported to the blocks and protections noticeboard. Requests for page protection/unprotection could also be requested here.	Other reports that require administrator assistance which do not fit in any of the previous three noticeboards may be reported here. Requests for history merging or splitting should be filed at COM:HMS.

Entire category may have been vandalised

Everything, I sampled in Category:Disease-related deaths in Beijing, is complete bollocks.

Executions, airline crashes, and old age are not Disease-related. Looks like vandalism to me. Unless I'm wrong, This entire category could be deleted.

User: 125.230.86.144 seems to be the culprit. They started off with some bona fide? edits on 21 June 2024, then went off the rails two hours later, created this cat, then went nuts on it for 3 hours. Not as bad as I thought, but these disease related death edits of which there are many, are too often downright speculation. Broichmore (talk) 10:46, 7 July 2024 (UTC)

This guy also made a whole load of unsubtantiated edits in Category:Deaths from cancer in Beijing which require reversing. Seems to be guilty of nothing more than assumptions, no referencing, and appalling editing. Broichmore (talk) 11:04, 7 July 2024 (UTC)

I would like to alert the admins that we may need to add another account for this categorization. They have edits similar to the previous accounts. For example, w:simple:special:diff/9633759 and w:simple:special:diff/9631335 are related to Javed Haider Zaidi,‎ the origin of this category name. In addition, they also made w:simple:Talk:Javed Haider Zaidi. Other recent relevant accounts and my CU request can be seen at w:simple:Wikipedia:Requests_for_checkuser#Javed_Haider_Zaidi_accounts.
